Yes. We can work from sketches, inspiration images, an existing garment, or a full tech pack. Our team helps confirm fabric, measurements, printing, embroidery, labels, and packaging before sample development.

Sample development is normally within 15 days after the design, materials, measurements and decoration details are confirmed. Bulk production is usually planned for about one month after sample approval and material confirmation. Complexity, revisions and order quantity affect the schedule confirmed in your quotation.

Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per style and color. The final allocation by style, color, and size is confirmed according to fabric and customization requirements.

Yes. We source cotton, polyester, fleece, jersey, woven fabric, rib, zippers, buttons, drawcords, labels, hangtags, and packaging. You can provide target GSM, hand feel, color, or reference swatches for matching.

Yes. We support screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, woven labels, silicone patches, rubber patches, hangtags, size labels, care labels, and custom poly bags. The decoration method will be selected based on fabric and design requirements.

Our professional QC team checks fabric and trims before production, follows the approved sample during sewing, inspects measurements and workmanship in production, and completes a final inspection before packing. Third-party inspection can also be arranged when required.

Please send product photos or sketches, quantity, size range, fabric requirement, color, logo method, labels, packaging, and delivery destination. A tech pack is ideal, but we can also help organize details step by step.

Yes. We can coordinate express, air, sea, or freight forwarder pickup depending on your timeline and budget. Carton packing, shipping marks, and basic export documents can be prepared for your order.

Pricing depends on the quantity by style and colour, fabric composition and weight, construction, logo method, trims, labels and packaging. Send these details with the delivery country so we can review the project and prepare a quotation.

Yes. The sample is used to review fit, measurements, fabric, construction, decoration and finishing. Record the approved changes and specifications before bulk production; the approved sample becomes the production reference.

Include design views or reference photos, a measurement chart, fabric and trim requirements, colourways, logo artwork and placement, labels and packaging. Add quantities by size and colour and the delivery destination. If details are incomplete, ask our sample team to review the brief before development.
