Only have reference photos? Start with design review, measurements and pattern development. Have a garment specification but no approved sample? Use sample development to check fabric, construction and fit. Have an approved sample and order breakdown? Request a bulk quotation covering materials, decoration, QC and packing.

Include the delivery country and postcode, required arrival date and preferred freight method. Ask which freight, import and clearance costs the quotation includes. Confirm the payment stages and the event that starts the production schedule before placing the order.

How the 50-piece minimum works

HaoboMFG’s current bulk minimum is 50 pieces per style and per color. Send the size breakdown for each color with your brief so we can confirm the cutting and packing plan. Sampling is quoted separately; you do not need to order 50 development samples.

What does an OEM clothing manufacturer in China handle?

HaoboMFG can coordinate product development, fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making, samples, cut-and-sew production, quality control, packing, and international delivery.

What is the usual minimum order quantity?

Our standard starting MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. The final plan depends on style, fabric, color, size range, and customization requirements.

How long do sampling and bulk production take?

Sample development is normally completed within 15 days after the required details are confirmed. Bulk production is usually about one month after sample approval and material confirmation.

Can you work from a tech pack or reference image?

Yes. We can review a tech pack, sketch, reference image, or existing garment and identify the specifications needed for production.

How do you control garment quality?

Our QC process covers material review, measurement checkpoints, seam and workmanship inspection, inline checks, final inspection, and packing inspection.
