A private-label project depends on repeatable details. We can coordinate main labels, neck labels, care labels, hangtags, logo artwork, embroidery, printing and packaging requirements alongside the garment specifications. Your approved sample becomes the reference for production and quality checks.
Brand identity
Send the artwork and specifications for main labels, care and size labels, hangtags and logo placement. Confirm label dimensions, attachment position, languages and packaging before the sample is approved. If your sales channel requires barcodes, SKU stickers or a specific folding and bagging format, include those details in the quotation brief rather than adding them at the packing stage.

Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color, making the process suitable for brands testing a new style or building a repeatable collection. Sample development is typically completed within 15 days after details are confirmed, and bulk production is about one month depending on style and order requirements.

Can you add custom labels and hangtags?
Yes. We can coordinate approved main labels, neck labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging details.
Can I start with a small order?
Our standard starting MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color, subject to the garment style, fabric and color plan.
Will I approve a sample before bulk?
Yes. Bulk production follows the approved sample and documented specifications.
Specify the labels and packing before the sample
Send artwork and dimensions for the main label, care label and hangtag, together with their attachment positions. State whether each garment needs a size sticker, SKU barcode, individual bag or branded packaging. These details affect sourcing, assembly, packing and the quotation.
For care labels, agree the actual fabric composition and care instructions before printing. Share the sales market and any buyer-required label information. If you need retailer or warehouse labels, supply the final files and packing instructions before production.
How the 50-piece minimum works
HaoboMFG’s current bulk minimum is 50 pieces per style and per color. Send the size breakdown for each color with your brief so we can confirm the cutting and packing plan. Sampling is quoted separately; you do not need to order 50 development samples.
