Fabric & sizing
Recommended fabric range: 230–240 gsm woven twill for cargo and pleated shorts; 320 gsm French terry for curved-panel sweat shorts. Select the fabric direction around your desired structure, drape and seasonal collection.
Send your size chart and target fit. We review pattern measurements, grading, pocket placement and finishing before bulk production.

QC & PRODUCTION
From sample approval to production
HaoboMFG develops OEM and ODM apparel in Foshan, China. We review your reference or tech pack, source fabrics, make patterns and samples, and arrange cut-and-sew production after approval.
QC checks waist measurements and recovery, pocket position and strength, pleat alignment, drawcord attachment, seam balance and finished hem length.
MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style and colour, subject to fabric and customization requirements. Sample development is typically within 15 days after details are confirmed; bulk timing is confirmed for each order.
