APPAREL QUALITY CONTROL

Apparel Quality Control for OEM and ODM Production

Quality is checked through the production process, not only at the end. HaoboMFG uses documented checkpoints for materials, measurements, construction, artwork, finishing and packing.

CHECKPOINTS

A practical inspection process

Fabric inspection

We review fabric appearance, color, hand feel and agreed material details before cutting.

Measurement checkpoints

Key points are compared with the approved measurement chart and tolerance requirements.

Seam inspection

Construction, stitch quality, seam strength and visible defects are checked during production.

Artwork placement

Prints, embroidery, labels and logo positions are checked against the approved artwork.

Inline inspection

Issues are identified while production is running so corrections can happen before completion.

Final and packing inspection

Finished garments, quantities, folding, polybags, cartons and shipment marks are checked before dispatch.

QUALITY CONTROL IN THE WORKFLOW

Inspection starts with an approved specification

Clear quality control depends on a clear reference. During sample development we confirm construction, measurements, fabric, trims, artwork and finishing details. Those approved details guide production and give the team practical points to check. Read our garment factory sewing process article or learn about sample development.
