MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION
Hood, opening and pocket construction
The photographed black reference has a hood, a front zip and zipped front pockets. Specify hood coverage, the opening length and pocket position in the development brief. Shell fabric, any lining, zipper components and sleeve or hem finishing are reviewed together on the sample; a lightweight appearance alone does not establish water resistance or breathability.

QC & PRODUCTION
From approved sample to shipment
We review the reference, confirm fabric and trims, develop the pattern, make the proto sample and move into bulk cut-and-sew production after approval. Typical sample development is 7–15 days; bulk timing is confirmed against quantity, fabric availability and artwork.
Fabric inspection, measurement checkpoints, artwork placement, seam inspection, inline inspection, final inspection and packing inspection can be agreed in the production plan.
